Build the dialog as a list of steps, try it as a customer, then connect the token from @BotFather. Code is optional.
This is the business-card scenario on the same engine as the workspace. Send /start and tap “About” — that is what a customer sees. An account is only for saving the bot and replacing the text.

Create a bot in @BotFather, paste the token, and press “Run in Telegram”. A draft does not reach the live bot until you publish.

The short version
Do I need a Telegram token to try it?
No. The simulator shows the dialog without a token. The token from @BotFather is only for replies inside Telegram.
Does an edit go live immediately?
No. The builder edits a draft. The live bot changes only after you press Publish.
What does it cost to start?
Sign-up does not ask for a card. Demo limits how many bots, messages, blocks, and runs you get — not which features.
